Hi, I'm Justin Nguyen. I am a software engineer with nearly a decade of experience specializing in Android app development, including over 6 years focused on building logistics applications.

Currently, I am pursuing an MSCS at CU Boulder alongside my software engineering career. My goal is to expand my expertise by integrating AI and Machine Learning into my software engineering toolkit, bridging the two worlds to bring powerful ML capabilities directly into production and onto mobile devices.

I focus on hands-on experimentation to apply artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve real-world problems. I'm particularly interested in computer vision, representation learning, and finding practical ways to deploy ML models robustly at scale.

This site, Pixel Carrot, serves as my digital portfolio and notebook. I use it to showcase my projects, demonstrate skills, and document my learning path. I started it to share my journey, document my research, and connect with other developers and creators who share similar ideas.
